Have a Happy New Year!

With the end of the year just around the corner, we’re taking a look back at 2022 and all the things the CleverMade Crew was up to.

Volunteering:

One thing we’re passionate about at CleverMade is community service. We teamed up with 1% for the Planet to provide assistance within our community to make our world a little better. Some highlights for us this year included beach clean ups with the Surfrider Foundation, gardening, and our very favorite event, the Lagoona Kahuna. We had the opportunity to head down to the Agua Hedionda Lagoon right here in Carlsbad to clean up, play games, and compete with other local businesses. Each of us grabbed a mode of transport-  kayak, paddle board, or peddle boat – and headed off to collect as much trash as we could. We went on to play several team games and finished the day with some much-needed Pizza Port. We can’t wait to join in on the fun again in 2023!

New Products:

This year, we had a blast welcoming new products to our ever-growing line of innovations. We introduced Black Tamarack Chairs, the Quick Grip Canopy, new LUXE Laundry items, and a whole bunch of other awesome products. The collection that took the cake for us is our Eco Pacifica. Our Eco Coolers are made from recycled water bottles and inspired by the world around us. We put our heart into this collection with upgraded features and colors that reflect the beauty of nature. From our Pro coolers to collapsible to our awesome backpack, we’re really proud of this assortment! Stay tuned for more new CleverMade goodies in 2023.

Office Fun:

If you know the CleverMade Crew, you know we like to have fun. We made it a mission this year to plan an activity outside of work at least once a quarter and we certainly delivered! One afternoon was spent with some friendly competition in the axe throwing arena. Turns out, we’re fans! Another sunny day, we headed over to beautiful Petco Park in downtown San Diego to enjoy a Padres game. Through hot dogs, Cardiff crack nachos, and plenty of laughs, we had a downright lovely time. We also managed to do several group lunches which we always enjoy to relax and chat with one another about the goings on outside of the office. We ended the year with an awesome holiday party at a local Carlsbad restaurant. Work hard, play hard, amiright?

All in all, we are very thankful for another year with the CleverMade Crew and we look forward to many more shared memories and exciting triumphs. We wish you a very safe and happy New Year! 2023, here we come!
