JAMISON MILLER

Senior Product Development Manager 

I'm part time leaf-blower at CleverMade, and I manage all things product. I get to work with our product designers, engineers, and factory partners to bring all of our products to you.

 

FAVORITE PRODUCT

Choosing a favorite product is extremely tough for me because I’ve been so involved with all of the products we have. If I had to choose, I would say our 30-Can Tahoe Cooler would be my favorite product that is currently available, however we have some really cool items in development right now.

 

WHY CLEVERMADE

I am a product person at heart, so developing new items is what I love. I’ve been very lucky to be able to travel all over the world looking for new product inspiration and finding new partners for CleverMade. We are currently working on a new item that has come with many mechanical challenges throughout the design and engineering phases. Last week we were able to see an initial prototype come together and work exactly how we hoped, and those little moments are what make developing product so fun. I’ve been at CleverMade since almost the beginning, so watching the business and team grow over the last (almost) six years has been a really cool journey. I’ve been working with some of the team for almost ten years and couldn’t think of a better group of people to be surrounded by.

 

FUN FACT

I grew up in Carlsbad and don’t think I’ll ever leave north county if I don’t have to. My wife and I have been together since high school, have two kids, and she still puts up with me! I love all sports and can’t wait for the Padre season to start. I love to spend time with my family, play golf, and eat donuts (I can never eat just one).

FAVORITE PRODUCT

My wife, Ashleigh and I have two kids, Wesley (4) and Maven (15 months) and live in a “smaller” house with very little storage options. So, it goes without saying that I love a lot of the CleverMade products, so picking one product proved to be challenging.  However, I’ve recently been getting a lot of use out of the Cardiff Backpack Cooler. The Cardiff Backpack Cooler has proven to be the perfect companion for our family outings. I love that I can load it up with lunches, drinks, and snacks then throw it all on my back! For our family outings I typically have to carry one kid, a diaper bag, chairs, a blanket and possibly a scooter.  That’s right I carry it all 😊 So having a hands-free cooler option has proven to be very convenient.

FUN FACT 

We love hiking, going to the San Diego Zoo, hitting a concert in the park, even an air show from time to time.
