Will You Be Coming Out with Other Sizes and Colors?
Yes! Our Rolling Tote first launched in March 2025 and was a Costco exclusive. Since then, we’ve expanded availability to CleverMade.com and Amazon, along with introducing new color options.
Additional colors and sizes may also be available through select retail partners such as Target and Walmart. Availability varies by retailer.

Where Can I Buy the CleverMade Rolling Tote?

Are the wheels durable and smooth on different surfaces?
During internal testing, we found that the Rolling Tote performs well on most surfaces, including dirt paths, grass, turf, sidewalks, streets, and paved paths.
Because sand and tall grass are softer and less stable, the tote may be more difficult to maneuver in those conditions. The good news? You can easily switch to the shoulder carry or use the side handles for two-hand carrying when needed.
Can your CleverMade Foldable Rolling Tote be used as a suitcase?
The durable Rolling Tote is great for travel and daily commuting, but it was not designed or tested as a suitcase replacement for air travel.
While we’ve seen similar totes being utilized as a rolling carry-on bag, we recommend reviewing TSA regulations and using caution if you choose to do so.
How Much Does the CleverMade Rolling Tote Weigh When Empty?
The CleverMade Foldable Tote with Wheels weights 4.14 lbs. when empty – lightweight enough for easy transport while still being durable and sturdy. The rolling tote is strong enough to carry heavy items with a weight capacity of up to 65 lbs. Even when fully loaded, the rolling tote is easy to pull and carry along.
How Do I Refold My Rolling Tote?
Refolding your Rolling Tote is simple:
1. Start by tucking the zip lid/cover neatly inside the tote.
2. Snap the SnapFrame hinges inward
3. Follow the natural side creases, folding inward like a gift bag.
4. Lay the tote flat.
You can also tuck the straps inside the folded tote.
The tote may feel stiff at first, but with continued use, it becomes easier to fold down over time.
Is the CleverMade Rolling Tote easy to clean?
Yes! The CleverMade Rolling Tote is easy to clean. Proper care depends on the material of your tote. Here are some tips on how to care for your Rolling Tote:
Canvas/Linen (Gunmetal, Navy, Cream)
- Avoid soaking the tote
- Use a washcloth with warm water and mild soap, dabbing gently
- Disinfecting wipes or a stain-removal pen can also be used
- Avoid harsh chemicals that may cause fading or bleaching
Metallic (Onyx and Rose Gold)
- Made from wipeable polypropylene
- Clean easily with a dry or damp washcloth or gentle cleansing wipes
Can I Customize My Rolling Tote With a Logo?
At this time, we do not offer customization services.
Some customers choose to purchase in bulk and work with local businesses for customization. Please note:
- Embroidery stitching may puncture insulation (for cooler products) or material
- Any customization will void the product warranty.
Do You Ship Internationally (Including Canada)?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. As a growing company, we hope to expand international shipping in the future.

Is There a Warranty on the CleverMade Rolling Tote?
Yes, All CleverMade products are test for quality, stability, and durability.
