CleverMade products, purchased online from CleverMade.com (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, for a full refund in the amount of the purchase, excluding shipping costs (including return shipping). Returned items must be unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for refund. Requests for return or refund outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted.
Products purchased through other retailers (in store or online) must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # as well as the reason you wish to return your item(s). If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on returning your merchandise.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used on the order and a notification email will be sent to you. Shipping charges, including the original shipment and any return shipping (as applicable), are not reimbursable and will be deducted from the refund. Items in used condition (as determined by CleverMade) are subject to a restocking fee or refusal.
Refunds may take up to 30 days. If after 30 days, the refund still has not been received, please contact the bank or financial institute that issued the card used for the original payment. If this has already been done and there are still questions/concerns regarding your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift certificate in the amount of the returned product minus shipping charges will be issued in lieu of a refund to the original payment method.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
Please report damaged, defective, or missing merchandise no later than 5 business days of delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will work with you on a timely resolution. If your items were not purchased through the CleverMade online store, please reach out to the retailer prior to contacting us.
