Should you experience an issue with your CleverMade product within the first year of purchase, contact our Customer Care Department as soon as possible at info@clevermade.com to start a claim. We require proof of purchase along with visual verification of the item and area of concern. Should the issue be considered a manufacturing defect and is damaged beyond use, you may be entitled to a replacement. This limited warranty excludes accidentals, items purchased in used condition, and/or items purchased through an unauthorized third party.
