Should you experience an issue with your CleverMade product within the first year of purchase, contact our Customer Care Department as soon as possible at info@clevermade.com to start a claim. We require proof of purchase along with visual verification of the item and area of concern. Should the issue be considered a manufacturing defect and is damaged beyond use, you may be entitled to a replacement. This limited warranty excludes accidentals, items purchased in used condition, and/or items purchased through an unauthorized third party.



Select items purchased through Clevermade.com may have an option to include Accident Protection by Extend. A Protection Plan with Accident Coverage through Extend can be purchased for protection up to 3 years from the purchase date. Plans cover hassle-free replacements in the event of accidental damage such as breaks and drops. Your CleverMade S100 Series Parcel LockBox comes with a free Limited 10 Year Warranty. Your LockBox must be registered to protect the warranty by providing proof of purchase by the original owner. The 10 Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects and failure of moving parts under normal use. We will repair or replace, at our option, any product or component that is defective in material or workmanship for 10 years. If your product or part is determined to be defective, contact our Customer Care Department at 1 (800) 761-9602 (M-Th 8-5, Fri. 8-3 PST) or email info@clevermade.com and we will assist you in settling the defective issue. Any defective parts will be replaced free of charge up to the cost of the LockBox. The 10 Year Warranty excludes deliberate or accidental damage and does not extend to misuse, finishes, rust, or improper installation. However, we evaluate each Warranty claim on a case by case basis, so please contact us should you have any questions or concerns about your CleverMade LockBox product.
