LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY

Should you experience a manufacturing defect deeming your CleverMade item damaged beyond use within the first year of purchase, you can contact our Customer Care Department at info@clevermade.com to start a claim as you may be entitled to a replacement.

We require proof of purchase from an authorized retailer along with visual verification of the item and area of concern.

This limited warranty excludes accidentals (such as modifications or self-repair), items purchased in used condition, and/or items purchased through an unauthorized third party.

Other exclusions may apply.

Some items may be retailer exclusives and not available in our regular inventory. Should the warranty claim be approved, a comparable item may be offered.

No monetary compensation can be offered.

CleverMade is unable to ship items outside of the U.S. If you reside outside the US and are seeking a replacement, customers are asked to provide an alternate US-based address.

  

EXTEND PROTECTION PLAN

Select items purchased through Clevermade.com may have an option to include Accident Protection by Extend.

A Protection Plan with Accident Coverage through Extend can be purchased for protection up to 3 years from the purchase date. Plans cover hassle-free replacements in the event of accidental damage such as breaks and drops.

LOCKBOX - LIMITED 10 YEAR WARRANTY

The CleverMade S100 Series Parcel LockBox comes with a free Limited 10 Year Warranty.

The LockBox must be registered to protect the warranty by providing proof of purchase from an authorized retailer by the original owner.

The Limited 10 Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects and failure of moving parts under normal use. We will repair or replace, at our option, any product or component that is defective in material or workmanship for 10 years from the manufacturing date (May 2019).

The Limited 10 Year Warranty excludes deliberate or accidental damage and does not extend to misuse, finishes, rust, or improper installation. However, we evaluate each Warranty claim on a case by case basis, so please contact us should you have any questions or concerns about your CleverMade LockBox product. Other exclusions may apply.
